Biography

Mr. Coriden is a Partner with Coriden & Coriden, LLC focusing his practice on the representation of injured workers before the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board. Tim represents clients from Indiana and other states, advising them on their rights under the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Act and advocating on their behalf in disputed claims. Mr. Coriden has successfully served as counsel in jury trials and administrative hearings throughout Indiana. Tim routinely advises both clients and attorneys alike on the rights and remedies bestowed upon injured workers within the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Act. Mr. Coriden also provides counsel to his clients on the complex interplay between the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Act and Federal programs such as the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services and Social Security Disability.

Mr. Coriden was previously appointed as City Attorney, by then Mayor, Fred L. Armstrong. Tim oversaw the Department of Law for the City of Columbus between 2004-2010. On December 7, 2010, Tim was awarded a “Key to the City” and a Proclamation was issued on his behalf for his service to the City of Columbus. Mr. Coriden also served as the City Attorney for Greensburg, Indiana, from 2008-2011, appointed by Mayor Gary Herbert. Tim draws upon those experiences to help his clients navigate their way through local, state and federal laws and regulatory schemes affecting their worker’s compensation claims.

Prior to joining Coriden & Coriden, LLC in 2001, (formerly Coriden Coriden Andrews & Glover & Coriden Law Office), Tim graduated from Xavier University in 1997 and received his law degree from Toledo University in 2001. Tim is married to Ann Coriden, and they share two children, Pete and Danny.
