Timothy M. "Tim" Strong

Tim Strong is an accomplished litigator who, for nearly twenty years, has focused his practice on the defense of complex insurance coverage and bad faith actions. Tim has successfully defended high-stakes cases ranging from class actions attacking institutional claim-handling practices, to individual personal-lines bad-faith cases, to complex commercial matters seeking coverage under D&O, CGL, builders risk, commercial property, and cyber-risk policies. Tim regularly defends workers'-compensation carriers against claims of bad faith.

Tim also advises insurers regarding complex coverage decisions and claim-handling issues, including coverage opinions and advice regarding the use of computerized claim-adjustment tools.
