With nearly 40 years of litigation and trial experience, Tim Boone joined RMP LLP as a partner in 2025 and practices in Little Rock, Arkansas. He represents clients in Insurance Law and Litigation – Insurance matters, as well as Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants, Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants, Product Liability Litigation – Defendants, and Professional Malpractice Law – Defendants. Tim regularly serves as lead counsel in complex medical malpractice, mass tort, and product liability cases in both state and federal courts. His work includes representing public, private, and nonprofit hospitals and healthcare organizations, as well as insurers and other defendants, in matters involving claims management, risk assessment, and litigation strategy.
In addition to trial work, Tim advises clients on regulatory considerations, policy development, and legislative initiatives affecting the healthcare and insurance industries. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2008 and has been named Lawyer of the Year by that organization for Medical Malpractice Defense in Little Rock (2017) and Insurance Law in Little Rock (2018). He has also been selected for inclusion in Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2014.
Tim is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an invitation-only association of trial lawyers and judges focused on preserving the civil jury trial. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by Arkansas Money & Politics as one of Arkansas’ Fifty over 50 and among Arkansas’ Legal Elites.
