Tim Hedges joined The Barnes Firm Injury Attorneys because he wanted to work with a team focused on helping people who have been injured due to someone else’s negligence. Based in Rochester, New York, his practice centers on Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs, where he works to advocate for individuals and families facing the physical, financial, and emotional effects of serious accidents. I approach every case with preparation, persistence, and a strong commitment to the people I represent.
During my career, I have had the opportunity to work with respected public servants and members of the New York legal community, including then New York State Senator Hillary Clinton and New York State Appellate Division Justice Samuel Green. I earned my law degree with honors from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where I developed the foundation for my work in litigation and client advocacy.
My litigation experience includes arbitrations, jury trials, and appellate matters. Earlier in my career, I served as legal counsel representing insurance companies. That experience provided valuable insight into how insurers evaluate and defend claims. Today, I use that perspective to help individuals pursuing personal injury claims understand the process and respond effectively to the strategies often used by insurance carriers.
At The Barnes Firm Injury Attorneys, I work alongside a dedicated group of trial lawyers committed to representing injured individuals throughout Rochester and across New York. Our firm has the resources and collaborative approach needed to handle complex personal injury matters, and we work diligently to pursue fair compensation for our clients while guiding them through every stage of the legal process.
