Tim Matheny is a Partner in Peckar & Abramson PC’s Dallas office. He focuses his practice on Construction Law, providing transactional counsel and representation in disputes and litigation, with extensive experience in all phases of public procurement law, including bid and proposal preparation, contract award controversies, performance-related disputes, and contract claims.
