Timo Winkelmann is a partner in the Real Estate practice group at POELLATH in Berlin.
He advises national and international clients on all matters related to real estate law. The focus of his practice is real estate transactions. In addition to share and asset deals, he supports his clients regarding asset management, e.g., conclusion of lease agreements. From time to time, he is involved in post-M&A disputes.
Before joining POELLATH in 2008, he was working at an US law firm in the M&A department. He is a lecturer for real estate at the University of Münster.
He studied law in Osnabrück, Birmingham, Bayreuth und Münster (LL.M. 2012) and was admitted to the bar in 2006.
