Tim Kuhn

Tim Kuhn specialises in public procurement law. He supports contracting authorities in the structuring of procurement processes and the preparation of tender documents and accompanies the entire tendering process. In addition, he advises tenderers in all phases of the procedure, in particular review proceedings before public procurement chambers and the higher regional courts. Kuhn also advises subsidy recipients on the implementation of requirements of the subsidy providers relating to public procurement law and in cases of threatened recalling of subsidies. Alongside his work as a lawyer, Kuhn regularly writes specialist articles and holds seminars and workshops on the subject of public procurement law.
