Biography
Tim Hogan is a Partner within the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Group at Harrison Pensa.
Tim represents creditors and receivers in insolvency, bankruptcy and private and court-appointed receivership situations. He represents trustees in complex insolvencies and bankruptcies, monitors and other stakeholders in CCAA proceedings, as well as major financial institutions in work out and insolvency situations.
Tim appears at all levels of court dealing with insolvency matters. He also practices commercial litigation and has acted in matters ranging from contract disputes, to inter-creditor disputes, both at trial and appeal levels. Tim is a lecturer and instructor to numerous credit industry groups. He is also the author of various continuing legal education papers on insolvency issues.
Tim is a Lexpert-ranked lawyer recognized in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for Insolvency and Financial Restructuring, and the Special Edition of Canada's Leading Litigation Lawyers.
