Tiffany M. Melchers

Tiffany Melchers is a Shareholder in the Real Estate and Corporate M&A Groups at BoyarMiller. She also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Her practice is centered on all aspects of the commercial and industrial real estate industry and business transactions. She represents a diverse set of clients including Texas-based private businesses, developers, and public institutions.

Tiffany regularly represents clients in large-scale acquisitions and dispositions, office and retail leasing, industrial leasing, land development, real estate financing and other sophisticated real estate legal matters. She also guides clients through complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate dispositions, restructurings, and joint ventures. Her transactional practice also includes the formation and ongoing general representations of all types of business entities.

Tiffany joined the firm in 2021 after practicing in the Houston area since 2012. Prior to becoming a Texan, she practiced in several states and maintains an active presence in Louisiana. Her passion for representing public institutions began while serving as Associate General Counsel at University of Houston, providing advice and counsel on transactional and pre-litigation matters involving contracts, real estate, construction investments, and other transactions for the University of Houston System and its component institutions.

Tiffany is a sought-after presenter on real estate matters and has participated in CLEs and/or guest lectures for the Association of Corporate Counsel, Higher Education Real Estate Lawyers, Houston Association of Professional Landmen, University of Houston, and others.
