Biography
Thomas Truchet is one of the firm's founding partners. As a multidisciplinary practitioner, he leads the firm's Public practice and co-leads the firm's Litigation practice. He also works in the Business practice. Thomas Truchet assists French and international companies, as well as public administrations, in public and private business law and litigation.
Before founding the firm, Thomas Truchet practiced for many years in international law firms, in France and abroad, notably Weil, Gothsal & Manges, and Clifford Chance. He founded Thomas & Thomas in 2023.
He is passionate about legal issues that intersect between public and business law and excels in hybrid or new legal issues. In litigation, he represents his clients, particularly before administrative courts, in high-stakes disputes.
Thomas Truchet works in French and English. He is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
Thomas Truchet is also involved in offshore racing projects (Classe Mini).
