Thomas Schnülle-Weingart

Dr Thomas Schnülle-Weingart advises and represents clients in all areas of corporate law and M&A, with a focus on stock corporation law, limited liability company law, and transformation law. He specialises in complex M&A transactions, joint ventures, and venture capital financing, and has extensive experience in national and cross-border deals, structural measures, and corporate disputes. Before joining FPS, he worked in Frankfurt and New York for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Dr Schnülle-Weingart is also a lecturer and frequent author on corporate law, M&A, and venture capital topics. He is based in Frankfurt.
