I specialise in advising on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. My clients include national and international companies as well as private equity/venture capital funds and start-ups, which I advise on (cross-border) transactions.
In addition, I advise on venture and growth capital/corporate venture investments, but also have expertise in the areas of restructuring and general commercial and corporate law as well as compliance issues. I have particular experience in the areas of technology, life science/healthcare and automotive/mobility. I am recognised as one of the leading lawyers in Germany in my field.
I began my career at Boesbeck Barz und Partner in Frankfurt and was in-house counsel to the holding company of the MAN Group in Munich. Before joining SNP Schlawien, I was a partner at the international law firms Weil Gotshal and Orrick for many years.
