Hans-Georg Kauffeld studied at the universities of Bayreuth and Freiburg, he took his doctorate at the University of Freiburg (Dr. jur.). He then worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Commercial and Business Law of the University of Freiburg.

Prof. Dr. Christof Hettich is specialised in the fields of Mergers & Acquisitions, the structuring and restructuring of companies as well as general corporate law.
