Thomas P. Müller

Thomas P. Müller is a partner with Walder Wyss. He advises Swiss and international corporate and public sector clients in all aspects of real estate and infrastructure law (project development, realisation, commercial leases, real estate transactions, financing), in the health care sector as well as in respect to the cooperation of the private and the public sectors (Public Private Partnership, public procurement, privatisations). Thomas P. Müller is a lecturer in the Master programme administrative law of the University of Basle and a member of the experts forum of PPP Switzerland.

Thomas P. Müller was educated at the University of Basle (lic. iur. 1990, Dr. iur. 1996, summa cum laude) and completed his studies as Certified Specialist SBA Construction and Real Estate Law. He has working experience as a law clerk (District Court of Laufenburg, Administrative Court of the Canton of Argovia), a research and teaching assistant and a lecturer at the University of Basle and as an attorney in an Argovia and a Basle law firm. He regularly publishes and speaks at conferences in his fields of expertise.

Thomas P. Müller speaks German, English and French. He is registered with the Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
