Thomas M. Power is a partner at Power Rogers LLP in Chicago, Illinois, where he has represented injured individuals and families since 1992. His practice focuses on complex plaintiff-side litigation, including medical negligence, serious personal injury claims, wrongful death matters, and product liability cases arising from dangerous or defective products. Before joining Power Rogers LLP, Mr. Power served as a trial attorney with the Cook County Public Defender’s Murder Task Force. During his seven-year tenure, he handled approximately 300 jury and bench trials involving a wide range of criminal matters, from misdemeanor offenses to serious felony and capital cases. This extensive trial background helped shape the litigation skills he now applies to civil cases involving medical malpractice, vehicle collisions, and other catastrophic injury claims.
