Tom also previously served as a Special Assistant Prosecutor with the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office where he successfully tried serious felony offenses as a member of the DA’s Office Violent Crimes Unit. In recognition of his commitment to pro bono work, Tom was named Reinhart’s 2013 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from Duke University.
