Thomas H. “Tom” Gunderson is Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate Law and has maintained his Board Certification for more than 25 years. He represents clients in sophisticated commercial real estate development projects, including residential communities, commercial subdivisions, hotels, apartment complexes, shopping centers and office buildings. His practice also includes complex commercial leasing, banking and real estate finance matters.
Tom previously served for many years as Chair of Henderson Franklin’s Real Estate Department and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® for his work in banking, finance and real estate law since 2010. He was named the 2026 Best Lawyers® “Lawyer of the Year” for Real Estate Law in Fort Myers.
Tom is a member of the Lee County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. His longstanding community involvement includes more than 20 years of service on the Board of Directors of the Conference & Convention Council of Fort Myers, including service as president.
