Thomas G. "Tom" Jacks

Tom Jacks is the managing partner of SBSB Eastham’s Dallas office. A veteran trial attorney with experience representing corporations in high-exposure litigation, he boasts expertise in areas ranging from wrongful death and catastrophic injury to large property damage, construction defect disputes and product liability recalls. He possesses a keen strategic acumen that extends beyond the courtroom, as he actively engages in arbitrations for construction defect disputes. Additionally, he has managed thousands of nationwide product liability recall claims pending in multi-district litigation in New York and state courts across America.

Mr. Jacks graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Millsaps College. After this, he went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver. An acclaimed career including an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and recognition by Texas Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America led him to join SBSB Eastham in April 2024 as the firm expanded into North Texas.

Mr. Jacks is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, the Oklahoma Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar and the Colorado Bar Association, and he is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts in all four districts of Texas, the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the District of Colorado. An expert advocate, he maintains a heightened courtroom prowess and routinely builds robust defenses in order to secure the most favorable outcome for his clients.
