Thomas G. Mackey

Thomas G. Mackey is a Shareholder in the Los Angeles, California office of Jackson Lewis P.C. and serves on the office’s Litigation Management Team.

Mr. Mackey exclusively represents employers and individual defendants in all types of employment litigation, including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and matters involving competition and restrictive covenants. Mr. Mackey has extensive litigation and dispute resolution experience. He has substantial jury trial experience in state and federal courts. Mr. Mackey has also arbitrated a wide variety of claims throughout his career. He provides advice and counsel related to a broad array of employment issues. Mr. Mackey received his Bachelor of Science degree, in Business Administration, from California State University, Northridge, in 1991, and received his Juris Doctor from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1994. He joined Jackson Lewis in 2002.
