Thomas E. McShane

Thomas McShane is a valued member of Harris Beach Murtha, based in White Plains, New York, where he concentrates on business and commercial litigation. He collaborates closely with our dedicated team to support municipal and commercial clients in various legal matters.

Before becoming part of our firm, Thomas gained significant experience serving as an Assistant Law Clerk for the Hon. Thomas P. Zugibe, New York State Supreme Court Justice in the Ninth Judicial District.

During his tenure under Judge Zugibe, Thomas played an instrumental role in conferencing tort, foreclosure, matrimonial, contract, medical malpractice, and Article 78 cases across different litigation stages. He contributed to research and the drafting of motion decisions and managed administrative responsibilities in partnership with the Part Clerk.
