Tom Rauch is a real estate attorney with more than 30 years of legal experience advising individuals, businesses, and municipalities. Based in Troy, Michigan, Mr. Rauch represents clients through Kemp Klein in matters involving Real Estate Law and Land Use and Zoning Law. His practice includes counseling on real estate development, land use approvals, zoning matters, property transactions, and related business issues.
Mr. Rauch brings a multidisciplinary background to his legal practice. In addition to his legal career, he is a registered architect, a licensed real estate broker, and a former financial institution executive and city planner.
