Theresa J. Friedman

Theresa Johnston Friedman is originally from Montgomery and now resides in Mountain Brook with her husband, Jay Friedman. Theresa specializes in representing clients in real estate transactions across the country, including shopping center, multi-family, and office building development, and commercial and residential leasing. She also represents lenders and borrowers in real estate and other commercial financing transactions, including acquisitions, construction loans, lines of credit, permanent loans, and refinancings.
In addition, Theresa and Jay personally invest in various asset classes of real estate throughout the southeast.
