Theresa H. Rava

Theresa Rava is a Seattle-based attorney who focuses on insurance coverage and civil litigation. She represents insurers in pre-litigation claim evaluation, coverage analysis, and disputes involving insurance bad faith.

Theresa’s practice includes litigation involving trucking and motor vehicle accidents, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, landslides, tree disputes, and breach of contract. She also has experience handling subrogation and contribution claims, drafting coverage opinions, and resolving attorney fee disputes. She is licensed to practice in Washington and California.

Before relocating to Washington, Theresa practiced in California, where she handled business litigation, insurance defense, and coverage matters in state and federal courts.

Theresa earned her J.D., with honors, from Loyola Law School and her B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to her legal career, she worked in corporate finance.
