Litigation - Intellectual Property
My practice focuses on Intellectual Property Law, providing strategic counsel to clients on patent litigation and post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. With a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT, I can combine my engineering background and my deep understanding of complex technical issues with law to develop winning arguments for my clients. Working on patent cases, I have had the privilege to work on some of the most important patent law disputes in recent times with bright, committed, and talented colleagues and was fortunate to build long-lasting friendships.
