Theodore C. "Ted" Anderson III

Ted Anderson skillfully navigated a very complex fraud and conspiracy lawsuit for our small business against a multi-billion-dollar, multi-national industry giant, Luxottica. They had virtually unlimited resources and were able to delay and distract but after six years, Ted brought them to justice. He won a jury verdict on every claim we brought against Luxottica and the court ordered them to pay our damages, attorney fees, and a multi-million-dollar exemplary award. His grace and focus under fire were truly remarkable and he kept us on track as we endured six years of obstacles, threats, and retaliation. The actual trial was much more difficult than I expected but Ted was always the steady hand and I trusted him to make the best decisions on our legal strategy.
