Ted Sutcliffe received his B.A. and LL.B degrees from the University of Manitoba.
He was called to the bars of Ontario and British Columbia in 1995 and the bar of Manitoba in 2004. Ted is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the tax subsection of the BC Bar Association. He has lectured and published on a variety of tax topics.
Ted’s practice is focused on corporate and personal tax planning, estate planning and representation of taxpayers in disputes with Canada Revenue Agency.
