Tatiana joined Pérez-Llorca in 2007. She advises on civil, commercial and insolvency litigation. In litigation proceedings she has dealt with construction law, fires, civil liability and tort, unfair competition, international sale of goods, horizontal property, corporate law, trademark law, easements and photovoltaic power. Concerning insolvency proceedings, she has experience advising both insolvent debtors and creditors. She also acts in the field of national and international arbitration, both institutional and ad hoc; in particular, she has dealt with arbitrations before the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC and the Arbitration Court of Madrid. Tatiana also has experience in the area of criminal law, as she has advised on numerous proceedings on criminal offences against Intellectual Property.
Tatiana also lectures on Civil Litigation for the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) as well as on Legal Marketing for the Master's degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Tatiana has written articles for various legal publications. She was also a co-author of the Comments on Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters, and of the Código de Arbitraje which is a volume compiling and commenting on statutory materials and rules on national and international arbitration.
