Tasha Power

Tasha Power assists clients with a variety of real estate matters. She handles acquisitions and dispositions of raw land and office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties. She assists clients with condominium developments and is well versed in the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA). Her practice also involves negotiating and drafting construction contracts for clients on a variety of projects. Tasha also focuses her practice on commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants in leasing office, retail, and industrial properties.

Tasha has specialized experience in real estate brokerage license law, advising clients regarding compliance with Colorado Real Estate Commission rules and regulations.

She lives in Boulder, and enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading, cooking, and watching football.
