Tanya has experience representing a diverse array of clients including private equity sponsors, public and private operating companies, and financial institutions in a broad range of debt financing transactions, including cross-border, syndicated senior, second lien and mezzanine facilities as well as recapitalization transactions, private note placements and high-yield bond issuances.
