Tanner Oscapella

Tanner joined Whitelaw Twining as an associate in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Tanner practiced as a litigator with a focus on insurance defence at a regional firm.

Tanner maintains a broad litigation practice with experience in product liability, bodily injury claims, professional liability, construction litigation, builders’ lien claims and coverage opinions. Tanner has also successfully represented clients in wrongful dismissal actions and Workers Compensation Board appeals.

Tanner calls upon his considerable experience to assist his clients in finding practical solutions to their legal issues. In addition to providing the legal perspective, Tanner works with his clients to understand their business priorities and the bottom-line impacts of any dispute in which they are involved.

When he’s not at work, Tanner enjoys spending time with his wife in the mountains hiking, skiing and cycling.
