Tanguy D'Everlange

Tanguy d’Everlange has developed a renowned expertise in the fields of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate groups restructuring, in France and abroad.He regularly advises listed and non-listed companies on their purchase or sale of assets or corporate entities, as well as on the creation of joint venture companies.

He also assists his clients in financing transactions and issuance of stock and other equities for the purpose of, amongst others, venture capital, capital growth and leveraged buy-out investments. Finally, he advises entrepreneurs and executive officers in the organisation of their corporation or group’s governance as well as in the establishment of stock option plans.

Tanguy was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001, and practised with Shearman & Sterling (Paris and London offices) for nearly 10 years (2001-2010), prior to joining Kalliopé in 2011.Tanguy has graduated from Aix-en-Provence university’s Masters in Business and tax law and accounting.He has also graduated from ESSEC business school in 2001.
