Tamara O’Neill Moreland advises clients on litigation involving land use, commercial and residential construction, fraudulent real estate transactions, environmental issues, telecommunications and appellate advocacy. Tamara serves on Larkin Hoffman's Board of Directors, is the chair of the firm's Professional Development Committee, serves as ethics counsel for the firm and was the founder and past chair of Larkin Hoffman's Diversity Committee.
