Tamara Markovic is an associate in Torkin Manes LLP’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group in Toronto, Ontario. Her practice focuses on Corporate and Commercial Litigation, with experience handling a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, including contractual matters, shareholder disputes, property and construction claims, and insolvency-related proceedings. She represents individuals, owner-operators, and corporations in matters involving mediation, arbitration, and litigation before the Ontario Courts.
Before entering private practice, Tamara worked as a financial analyst, providing her with practical insight into the business and financial considerations that often shape commercial disputes. She works closely with clients to develop strategic and pragmatic approaches tailored to their legal and business objectives. Her experience includes assisting clients with complex litigation matters from the early stages of a dispute through resolution.
