Tabitha De Paulo

Tabitha is a litigation partner in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has experience in a broad array of matters, including high stakes products liability cases, antitrust class actions, complex commercial disputes, and government and internal investigations.

Tabitha represents 3M Company in the Combat Arms Earplug multidistrict litigation. Tabitha was a member of the trial team that was recently recognized by The American Lawyer as “Litigators of the Week” for the complete defense verdict following a two week jury trial.
