Sylvain Joyeux

After an enriching initial experience in a freshly established, dynamic Paris law firm where he developed his skills in corporate and IT law, Sylvain Joyeux sought to broaden his legal knowledge. In 2003, he moved to Scotland to join an Anglo-Saxon law firm, gaining invaluable international exposure.

Upon returning to France , Sylvain joigned Cloix Mendès-Gil law firm in Paris. He created and then developed the corporate and IT law departments.

His strong foothold in the technology, IT, and publishing sectors sees Sylvain and his corporate law team heavily engaged in restructuring, reorganization, and M&A transactions.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Sylvain heads up the IT/IP team. This role involves drafting commercial contracts and handling IT litigation, particularly in legal appraisals. In this field, he advises the firm's clients, showcasing his broad range of legal capabilities.
