Throughout her career, Susan has represented companies and firms in a wide variety of cases in Silicon Valley. Susan has represented small startups as well as large, multinational technology and financial companies and venture capital firms. Susan has also represented individuals, such as employees, founders, or partners in disputes and litigation involving whistleblower claims, employment issues, dissolution of partnership issues, and stockholder disputes.

A graduate of Stanford Law School, Susan was an extern law clerk to the Hon. Ronald M. Whyte of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. She also previously served as Special Counsel for Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California.
