Susan Callison

Susan Callison is an attorney with Harris Shelton PLLC in Memphis, Tennessee whose practice focuses on Trusts and Estates.

For more than 45 years, Susan Callison has advised individuals and families on trust, estate, and income tax planning. Her work often involves helping clients plan for the transfer of wealth while addressing personal, financial, and tax considerations. In addition to traditional estate planning, Ms. Callison regularly assists with matters related to privately held business planning, retirement plans and individual retirement planning, executive compensation arrangements, personal trusts, and pre- and post-marital agreements. She also guides families through probate and trust administration so that estate plans can be carried out in accordance with a client’s intentions.

Ms. Callison earned a master’s degree in taxation and began her legal career with The Bogatin Law Firm, where she practiced for 29 years. She joined Harris Shelton PLLC in 2008 and continues to represent clients in Memphis and throughout Tennessee in Trusts and Estates matters.
