Sue M. Bendavid is a California employment defense attorney, and is Chair of Lewitt Hackman’s Employment Practice Group located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles County. Working exclusively with employers and management, Sue handles individual and class action litigation, arbitration, mediation, claims prevention, and management training. She successfully defends employers in wage and hour, PAGA, harassment, and discrimination claims. Sue has been a guest on KPCC (NPR news affiliate for Southern California) and has been quoted in the Los Angeles Times, the San Francisco Chronicle, the Daily Journal, and other noteworthy periodicals.
