Biography
Steven Horn focuses his practice on intellectual property and appellate litigation. He has represented technology and life sciences clients in patent disputes involving a variety of technologies, including microprocessors, smartphones and pharmaceuticals. He has represented clients in US district courts, including as a member of multiple trial teams. He has also represented clients in inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. His appellate experience includes appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
