Steven E. Angstreich is a trial attorney with more than 50 years of experience representing individuals, businesses, and classes of plaintiffs in complex litigation matters. Mr. Angstreich has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout the country, including in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, Maryland, South Carolina, North Carolina, Illinois, Michigan, Texas, and California. He has also argued appeals before the Third, Fourth, Seventh, Eighth, and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Angstreich has served as lead and co-lead counsel in national class action litigation involving securities matters, antitrust claims, consumer fraud, RICO allegations, toxic exposure, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate waste and mismanagement, defective products, and land fraud claims. He has represented plaintiffs in complex class actions and other litigation matters in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and other jurisdictions.
Mr. Angstreich has also handled environmental litigation and regulatory matters involving the Environmental Protection Agency and state environmental agencies in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His work has included cases involving groundwater contamination, drinking water contamination, hazardous substances, and other toxic exposures. He has represented parties in environmental disputes in both state and federal court, including litigation arising from gasoline contamination affecting residential drinking water supplies.
