Biography
Steven D. Adler (Steve) is an associate at Bayard. Steve concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate bankruptcy and restructuring.
Steve has represented corporate debtors, official committees, creditors, lenders, asset purchasers, and other significant parties in interest in various bankruptcy court proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. Steve also has experience handling commercial and corporate litigation matters. Prior to joining Bayard, Steve pursued his practice for several years in the Delaware office of an international law firm.
Steve graduated cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in law school, Steve served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Mary Walrath of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware and as the lead research editor for the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal. Prior to law school, Steve worked in the banking and finance industry. Steve graduated from the University of Delaware in 2010 with a B.S. in Finance.
