Steven practices corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on commercial arrangements in the mining and energy sectors. Steven regularly advises major and junior mining companies, both domestic and international, on a variety of legal matters including project acquisition and disposition, mineral title review, royalty agreements, and other commercial arrangements.
