I am impressed by Mr. Malin's judgment, professions, insight, and ability to get up to speed in a short period of time.

Without lengthy explanations, Steve is able to understand our technology and its relationship to a patent very quickly. This enables him to put together an initial invalidity analysis and help us to determine how to address a patent case. Steve's analyses in some cases have provided enough information to convince patent holders that we truly don't infringe and that there is no reason to pursue a legal action. In other cases Steve's analyses have brought the patentee to the bargaining table early, saving us considerable legal fees in defending a case.
