Steven Brassard

Steven Brassard is a lawyer in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at our Quebec City office. In recent years, he has worked on numerous commercial and corporate law matters, including disputes between shareholders, remedies for oppression and rectification of abuse of power or iniquity. He also had the opportunity to represent clients in litigation involving construction contracts.

His field of practice leads him to regularly plead before the various courts. He is particularly experienced in extraordinary remedies such as requests for safeguard and injunction orders.
