Stephen Vincent

Stephen Vincent is a Calgary-based lawyer practising both employment and labour law as well as civil litigation. In the employment and labour context, Stephen advises employers regarding hiring employees at all levels, negotiating executive employment contracts, assisting with various components of labour relations and related disputes, while also assisting in the defence and resolution of wrongful and unjust dismissal claims before various courts and tribunals. Stephen also practises in corporate and commercial litigation, assisting clients with matters pertaining to contractual disputes, construction, oil and gas, insurance, mediation, and many others. He is also a member of NRFC's national regulatory and investigations team, assisting with investigations and defences for clients navigating international civil, criminal and regulatory risks primarily in the transportation space.
