Biography
Steve Berezowskyj is Counsel in the Construction and Infrastructure practice group. His litigation and dispute resolution practice focuses on insurance defence and construction related disputes.
Steve regularly defends design professionals and contractors in various construction defect, warranty and general liability claims. He also advises on procurement, builders’ liens and claims for extras and delay. Steve’s litigation practice also focuses on insurance defence with an emphasis on bodily injury, professional liability and construction-related claims. He provides advice to insurers on coverage-related disputes. Steve has been appointed as fairness advisor for the procurement process on a range of public infrastructure projects.
