Stephen Kerr’s corporate practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions in regulated industries such as the financial services, the healthcare and the life sciences industries. A significant portion of Stephen’s practice involves providing counsel to large and mid-sized businesses on acquisitions and divestment strategies, corporate governance, complex corporate reorganizations and material commercial agreements.
