Stephen A. Dwyer

With a focus in the construction industry, Stephen Dwyer has extensive civil litigation and business law experience, counting general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and homeowners among those he has counseled and represented. His practice includes commercial and residential construction, business formation, contract drafting and review, employment, personal injury, litigation, and appeals. Mr. Dwyer has researched, drafted, and argued a large variety of motions to pursue his clients’ rights, and has taken numerous depositions and participated in trials and arbitrations. But Mr. Dwyer also understands that litigation and business needs sometimes clash, and always strives to accomplish the client’s goals through frank communication.

Mr. Dwyer is a graduate of Texas A&M University and Baylor University School of Law. He is actively involved in the community and serves on several boards. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, playing basketball and golf, and whittling down projects on his home. He and his wife, Bethany, are avid travelers and diehard Aggie and Houston sports fans.
