Biography

Pittsburgh divorce attorney Stephanie L. Jablon aggressively works to amicably resolve a variety of cases through collaborative family law, mediation or litigation.

Skilled in the courtroom and specially trained in collaborative family law and mediation, Pittsburgh divorce attorney Stephanie L. Jablon works toward cordial resolutions that allow clients to move forward with hope.

She approaches equitable distribution, support, custody and protection from abuse cases with an aptitude for swift resolution — litigating with compassion while keenly focusing on achieving the best results.

Stephanie complements her litigation practice with certifications in mediation and collaborative family law, a process providing an alternative for families to settle issues without going to court. Her collaborative law practice is particularly beneficial to clients who have a priority to co-parent and wish to resolve their case in the most respectful way possible for their family.

Stephanie is president of the Collaborative Law Association of Southwest Pennsylvania and serves on the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Collaborative Law Committee.

Stephanie began her legal career as the law clerk to the Honorable Robert G. Bigham of the Court of Common Pleas of Adams County, Pennsylvania, where she concentrated in family law issues. Prior to her relocation to Pittsburgh in 2004, she also worked in family law matters with Edward Weintraub & Associates in Harrisburg.
