Stephan Rau

Stephan Rau is Managing Shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Munich office and Chair of the firm’s European Healthcare Practice. He focuses in advising on private equity/ M&A transactions, and regulatory in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. His clients include private equity and strategic investors, healthcare service providers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and university institutions.

Due to his experience, Stephan Rau is recognized as a leading attorney in the legal directories.
